APPLE UNIT LOAN REQUEST FORM

• Being invoiced for delivery and the return of all items confirmed
• All returned goods MUST be reset / unlocked / DEP Un-assigned (if applicable)
• Return all items within the agreed time period
• It is your responsibility to contact Westcoast to arrange the return of the goods. Failure to do so may result in you being invoiced for the goods confirmed.
• For cash accounts, payments are required and will be credited upon return.
• Any damages or losses will be charged to the Reseller at the full replacement value
• Should the above criteria be met, full credit will be issued on the invoiced account
• Delivery Charge £5.00 must be added to PO for UK mainland.

Once your Account Manager has received the form, the availability of the goods and quantities will be confirmed and then released.
